2017-18: Helped guide a successful V8 squad throughout the season … Captured the Carolina Cup championship with a time of 6:33.2, more than 14 seconds faster than second-place finisher Clemson … Helped Duke win its second-consecutive Carolina Cup with 99 overall points and a sweep of all five races … Helped guide the team to a seventh-place finish at the highly competitive Clemson Invitational as the unranked Blue Devils bested then No. 18 Syracuse and No. 20 Oklahoma in the team standings … In the morning session of the Clemson Invitational, posted a third-place finish (6:42.07), trailing only No. 4 Ohio State and No. 15 Washington State to qualify for the A Final … Notched a first-place performance against No. 15 Michigan State and a second-place finish against No. 4 Ohio State as the Blue Devils clocked in at 6:36.5 and 6:31.75, respectively … For the first time in program history, all five boats qualified for the Grand Final at the ACC Championship where Duke finished third as a team with 72 points … In the first heat of the V8 prelims, Duke took second in 6:34.1, trailing only top-seeded Virginia (6:24.5) … Concluded the season with a fourth-place finish in the Grand Final with a time of 6:26.4 … Honored by the CRCA as a 2018 CRCA Student-Athlete … Named to the All-ACC Academic Team and the ACC Academic Team.

2016-17: Member of the V8 squad for the entire season … Captured the Carolina Cup championship with a time of 6:41.3, more than 13 seconds faster than second-place Clemson … Helped Duke win the Carolina Cup with 99 overall points and a sweep of all five races … Named the ACC Crew of the Week following the performance at the Carolina Cup … Qualified for the A Final of the Longhorn Invite and came in fourth with a time of 6:24.204 … Earned a trip to the A Final after placing third in the morning race, clocking out in 6:19.405 … Rowed to a third-place performance against No. 4 Ohio State (6:20.0), No. 3 Michigan (6:24.8) and Notre Dame (6:32.1) with a time of 6:29.8 … At the Clemson Invitational, earned a third-place finish in the B Final … The top four boats in the race were separated by just more than one second with the Blue Devils crossing the line in 6:34.468 to trail UCLA (6:33.454) and UCF (6:34.350) and hold off Oklahoma (6:34.525) … In the Clemson Invitational preliminary events, placed third in its opening heat (6:30.454) and fourth (6:33.516) in the other heat … Ended the regular season at the Dale England Cup, taking fourth with a time of 6:44.6 to trail Indiana (6:35.6), Notre Dame (6:39.2) and San Diego (6:43.55) … In the ACC Championship Grand Final, claimed fourth in a loaded race, crossing the line in 6:27.267 … Landed in the Grand Final of the conference championship after claiming second in the morning session’s opening heat with a time of 6:44.743, trailing only Syracuse’s 6:43.756 mark … named to the All-ACC Academic team and ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16: A key member of the 2V8 throughout the entire season, helping the boat to a No. 3 seed at the ACC Championships … began the spring with a bang with the 2V8 for the Carolina Cup  as the boat earned ACC Crew of the Week accolades after winning its race in 6:37.6, the second-fastest mark in Duke history … with the 2V8 for the Pac-12 Challenge as the boat finished second against UCLA and Stanford with times of 6:42.5 and 7:19.2 … at the Virginia Dual, with the 2V8 as it took second in 7:05.9 … helped the Blue Devils tie for first with No. 14 Indiana and No. 17 Notre Dame at the Dale England Cup as the 2V8 won both of its races, finishing in 6:47.3 and 6:45.5 … capped the regular season with a second-place performance at No. 9 Princeton (6:58.3) … at the ACC Championship, helped the boat from a No. 3 seed to a second-place finish with a photo finish against Notre Dame as Duke placed second overall, its best performance since 2006 … boat clocked a season-best time of 6:32.322 at the league championship … with the 2V8 during the NCAA Championships, helped the boat to the NCAA C Final title with a time of 6:34.803 … boat also placed first in the C/D Semifinals (6:41.080) … during the fall, a member of the 2V8 and 4V4 for the Princeton Chase and Rivanna Romp … placed 29th at the Chase with the 2V8 in 15:59.382 and 12th at the Romp in 14:07.6 … with the 4V4, came in 20th at the Chase (18:39.145) and 24th at the Romp (16:28.8).

High School: A four-year letterwinner for head coach Stephanie Guilmet at Blair Academy … served as team captain as a senior … named the school’s Senior Athletic Award and Blair Academy Kemp Crew Prize recipient … turned in a successful senior year, earning a bronze medal in the varsity 4+ at the 2015 Mercer Sprints and a silver in the U19 8 at the Canadian Henley … a National Schools’ Championship Regatta Grand Finalist in the varsity 4+ during final campaign … as a junior, was an All-Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL) Student-Athlete selection and helped the varsity 4+ to the MAPL championship … a gold medalist at the Mid-Atlantic District Championship and a Stotesbury Regatta grand finalist … wrapped up junior year with a top six time in the varsity 4+ at the Youth Nationals … during sophomore year, team won the MAPL title … earned a goal medal at the 2012 Mercer Sprints … a member of the Princeton National Rowing Association/Mercer during the summer of 2014 and 2015.

Personal: Born April 11, 1997 … daughter of Deb and Steven Tierney … has two younger sisters, Caeley and Emily, and an older brother, Kyle … brother is a member of the Yale heavyweight crew team … uncle Rick Dreger (1994) and aunt Kate Arnold-Dreger (1995) are Duke graduates … has studied with the American Ballet Theater, Suzanne Farrell Ballet Company and Radio City Music Hall Rockettes.
