|Cash Donations: Cash, check, and Visa/MasterCard transactions are the most common forms of annual support.
WSU Faculty/ Staff Payroll Deductions: Payroll deductions are a convenient and easy way for Weber State University employees to contribute to the Wildcat Club. Your annual contribution is paid over a twelve month period by deducting monies from each pay period until the pledge has been met.
Gifts of Investment: Appreciated securities, real property or tangible assets are accepted by the Wildcat Club and the Weber State University Foundation.
Matching Gifts: A variety of companies match employee contributions. Gift credit is given for your personal donation and the company's matching gift. Check with your human resource office to see if your company matches gifts.
Gift-in-kind: Contributions of product, merchandise, equipment or services are often provided in support of the Athletic Department. These gifts may satisfy scholarship seating requirements. Gift-in-kind contributions must receive prior approval from the Wildcat Club and are reviewed on a yearly basis.
Capital Project Donations: These gifts are used for athletic facility enhancements, upgrades and/or new construction projects.
Endowments: Endowments offer a donor the opportunity to sustain a family name in perpetuity. Unlike annual gifts intended for current use, endowment gifts are invested by the college and a percentage of income from the endowment is available each year to help pay a student‑athlete=s tuition, fees, room, board, and books, while the remainder of the gift continues to compound earnings.
Estate Gifts: The Wildcat Club accepts planned gifts through wills and bequests.
Life Income Gifts: Charitable trusts or gift annuities allow a donor to make a major gift while retaining an income for a fixed period of time or life.
* Contact the Wildcat Club office (801) 626-6576 for information on any of these payment options.
