BATON ROUGE, La –  Alyric Scott's near-perfect night helped the Jaguars dominate Wiley College 78-55, Monday Night at the F. G. Clark Activity Center.

Scott was one of three players who finished the night with double digits. Scott led all scorers with 19 points shooting 7-of-9 from the field. Senior guard Brittany Rose added 17 points along with 5 assists and Freshman guard Genovea Johnson chipped in 10 points off the bench.

Taneara Moore and Scott led the Jaguars with six rebounds. 

Southern held a decisive turnover advantage, as the Jaguars forced Wiley to turn the ball over 33 times, scoring 35 points off turnovers.

Nakia Kincey added 9 points and five assists and Freshman center Raven White scored 8 points for the Jaguars, who outscored Wiley, 41-33, in the second half and held a 12-8 advantage in second-chance points. SU had 9 players reach the scoring column.

Brianna Tolliver led the Wildcats with 18 points with six boards and Armonie Lomax went fifty percent from behind the arch. Lomax finished the night with 17 points.
