Freshman guard Brevin Galloway (Anderson, S.C.) is one of four newcomers to the College of Charleston men’s basketball program.

A three-start recruit ranked as high as No. 4 in the state of South Carolina out of Seneca High School, Galloway was a three-time all-state, three-time all-region and three-time all-area first team selection. He averaged 20 points, six rebounds and five assists per game as a senior as the Bobcats posted a 24-3 overall record and advanced to the final four of the state playoffs.

“Brevin can really shoot the ball from three,” CofC Head Coach Earl Grant said. “He is big for a two-guard at 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds. Physically, he is ready to play at this level. There is a lot of depth at the guard position for us this year and he will have an opportunity to play.”
