2013-14
Reached the final eight of voting for the College Swimming Honors Male Breakout Swimmer of the Year ... Won five conference titles at the CAA Championships, and set nine school records over the course of the week ... Individually, won the 100 free and the 200 free ... Swam school records in both rounds of the 100, down to an NCAA-qualifying 44.16 in the finals for the win ... First man to break 45 seconds in school history ... In the 200 free, improved nearly two seconds from morning to night to swim an NCAA qualifying 1:36.75, first ever under 1:37 ... Also swam an NCAA qualifier in the prelims of the 50 free, swimming 20.14 to break the school record by nearly 0.4 seconds ... Went on to take fourth in the finals of the 50 ... Anchored all four relays he swam on to school records ... Won the 800 free relay in a conference record time of 6:31.77 ... Also took gold on the 200 medley and 400 medley relays ... Swam the fastest split of the meet (43.77) to anchor the 400 free relay to a silver medal, and the first-ever time under 3 minutes (2:58.52) ... 2012-13
Broke the Tribe's freshman record in the 50 free, swimming 21.07 both at the Cavalier Invitational and at the CAA Championships ... Qualified for the consolation finals of the 200 free at the CAA meet, finishing 11th overall ... Made the consolation finals of the Hokie Fall Invitational in the 100 free ... Finished 16th overall ... Also a C finalist in the 200 free, finishing 23rd ... Recorded his first collegiate victory in the 500 free against Villanova.

At Woodside
Qualified for the Virginia AAA state championships as a senior in both the 50 and 100 free ... Finished 11th in the state in the 100 free ... Also a state qualifier in the 200 free as a junior in 2011 ... District champion in the 100 free each of the past two years ... Added the 50 free district title in 2012 ... NCSA national qualifier in both the 50 and 200 free as a senior ... Named Woodside's MVP each of the past two seasons ... Swam for the SEVA Seahawks club under Dave Henderson and Josh Graham ...
