SOPHOMORE YEAR / 2015
Played in 29 games, making 13 starts during his sophomore campaign with the Tribe … Finished the season 4-for-44 with six runs scored and two doubles … Made his season debut and earned the starting nod on Opening Day against nationally ranked Ole Miss … Scored a run the victory over the Rebels (2/14) … Scored a run in a victory against UMass Lowell (3/8) … Went 1-for-2 as he came on as a reserve against UConn (3/17) … Doubled and scored a run at Radford (3/31) … Doubled and scored in a win at Towson (4/5) … Singled, finishing 1-for-3 at UNCW (4/11).
FRESHMAN YEAR / 2014
Appeared in 22 games with four starts as a freshman … Finished the season with a .148 batting average … Added four hits, one double, one RBI, and five runs scored … Made his collegiate debut against No. 1 Virginia (2/19), adding a single … Earned his first start at Campbell (3/8) … Had a double and RBI in a win over Iona (3/15) … Picked up a base hit against the College of Charleston (5/16).
Played four-years of varsity baseball at St. Christopher’s… Was named to the all-prep squad from 2011-13 and garnered all-state honors in 2011-12… Finished his senior year hitting a school record .532 with a school record 42 hits… Played his club ball for the Canes, Richmond Baseball Academy West and participated in the Area Code Games with the Washington Nationals… Was a standout soccer player at St. Christopher’s as well and garnered first team all-prep (2011-12), first team all-state (2012), second team all-state (2011), and second team all-metro (2012) honors… Played two seasons of basketball for the Saints as well.
Son of Jim and Mollie Reinhart… Dad, Jim, played one year of lacrosse at Navy while his mom, Mollie, played four years of field hockey and tennis at Hood College…Major is undecided at the College… Likes to go fishing in his spare time.
