Nepp, a 2001 Towson graduate and captain of the football team, earned All-Conference & All-American honors for his play on the offensive line during his tenure. Nepp, who specializes in product development and marketing, also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
In 2009, Nepp and his business partner founded NeWo Technologies, a leading electronic product development firm that brings wholesale research and development to the masses. Based in Towson, Md. and serving the local technology corridor, NeWo specializes in concept to prototype engineering.
Prior to starting his own firm and embracing his entrepreneurial spirit, Nepp served as the Managing Director for a technology firm based in Severn, Md., that provided wireless technology for a wide range of clients in the television and film industry.
"Giving back to my alma mater is my duty," says Nepp.
"From knowledge to memories, Towson has given me so much. I feel everyone gains when we choose to help however and wherever we can."
He continues, "Towson University, the football program and its coaches have had an unbelievably positive and direct impact on my life. Being a student-athlete at Towson teaches young men and women about more than winning and losing. Student-athletes have the unique opportunity to come to understand the core values of the University and lessons about respect, integrity, and character - all key factors in a successful career on and off the field of competition - are a regular occurrence."
