Former Lady Monarchs standout Pam Huntley joined the ODU coaching staff prior to the 2011-12 season as the video coordinator.

Huntley assists the coaching staff during practices and games, as well as managing offensive play tracking, game film coordination, video playbook creation, recruit database coordination and overseeing film exchange.

Prior to joining the ODU staff, Huntley was the video coordinator at the Hoop Madness Basketball Camp in Virginia Beach and Houston, Texas. She filmed and edited activities and special events. She also has spent time serving as a basketball camp counselor, group home counselor, assistant activity director at Bayside Elementary and a Paraprofessional at Northside Middle School in Norfolk.

As a player at Old Dominion, Huntley earned First Team All-CAA honors and was chosen as one of the leagues top defenders in 1993. She also garnered the CAA Tournament MVP award as a senior and was named to the CAA Basketball Legends Team in 2009.

Huntley graduated with a recreation and leisure studies degree from Old Dominion in 1993.
