Frequently Asked Questions (Updated 2/12/21)

Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Weber State University Athletics has made the difficult decision to begin the 2020-21 men's and women's basketball seasons without spectators at home contests. Currently a limited number of fans are being allowed to the games February 18th and 20th. 

A determination on spectators for the remaining games will be made at a later date to allow flexibility based on changing conditions surrounding the pandemic.

Weber State is committed to the well-being of its student-athletes, coaches, staff, and the community.

Wildcat Athletics and Weber State University are planning for varying scenarios for the 2020-21 men’s & women’s basketball season, working together with local and state health officials. The health and safety of our student-athletes, staff and fans remain our top priority.

All ticket sales are currently suspended.  When sale decisions are finalized, sales will be prioritized based on past purchases and Wildcat Club donations.

I am unable to select 4 seats together online, what should I do? In order to keep groups of seats as family units we are only able to put the groups of two online. We larger groups and singles available by calling the ticket office during business hours. M-F 10a-4p. Closed for the President's Day Holiday.

When does the season start? NCAA Division I Council approved November 25 as the start date for basketball.

Can I still watch the games? You can still join us in cheering on the Wildcats. All Wildcat home games and all Big Sky road games will be streamed live on Pluto TV and WatchBigSky.com. You can catch all men’s basketball games on the radio on 103.1 FM “The Wave”.

Can I purchase a WSU Fan Cutout? Yes, we do have fan cutouts available for $25. For details, follow this link; Wildcat Fan Cutout

Will there be fans in the stands? A limited number of fans are being allowed to the games February 18th and 20th. We are currently working with health and safety officials to determine if we can continue to have fans after February 20th. Season Ticket holders were given priority on seats if they are available. 

Will Floor Seat and Rich Lounge access be affected this year? The NCAA has issued guidelines for the safety of the student-athletes and for the fans. Based on these guidelines, we will not have Floor Seats or Rich Lounge access available. Those affected will be contacted with option when they become available. 

Can I access my tickets online? Your tickets are always available to you in your ticketing account. Please log in, select ‘Tickets’, next to your desired tickets from the list select ‘Scan Mobile Tickets’ or ‘Print-at-Home Tickets’ depending on your preference.

What other precautions will be taken at the Dee Events Center this year? Our priority is the health and well-being of our student-athletes and fans. While nothing is finalized, fans should plan for extra precautions being taken at the Dee Events Center this year. This may include: designated entrances and time to be allowed in the arena, concession purchase process adjustments, physical distancing in seats, COVID-19 screening protocols upon entrance and more. 

What happens to my seat if the Dee Events Center cannot operate at 100% capacity? We are looking into a variety of scenarios to host a safe game day, including seating inside the arena. These scenarios could require some flexibility and patience on the part of our fans, and we greatly appreciate your help in overcoming these hurdles together. Capacity is reduce in the arena. W will release information as we continue to receive guidance from local and state health officials. If your seat is moved for the 2020-21 season your original seat location will renew for the next season. If the new seat option presented to you are not to your satisfaction, you will be able to opt-out until next season, or elect to gift to the Wildcat Fund.
