UT TICKET OFFICE HOURS
Regular: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m. (excluding days the university is closed).
Extended Game Day Hours: Call for game day hours
HOW TO ORDER TICKETS
1. Walk-up: Fans may purchase tickets at the UT Ticket Office in the
Sullivan AthleticComplex at Savage Arena during office hours.
2. Telephone: Fans may place an order by telephone through the UT
Ticket Office with a Visa or MasterCard, by calling 419.530.GOLD
(4653). If ticket order is placedwithin 7 business days of event, all
tickets will be held in WILL CALL (see specific sport for will call
instructions). All ticket orders will be assessed a $5.00 per order
processing fee.
3. Online: Fans may order tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by visiting utrockets.com (online fees may apply).
PAYMENT FOR TICKETS
UT Ticket Office accepts cash, check (made payable to The University of
Toledo), or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR LOST TICKETS
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered
through the University of Toledo Athletic Ticket Office unless we are
unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or
date change. Season tickets that are lost may be reprinted for the owner
up to one day prior to the event at the Main Ticket Office located in
the Sullivan Athletic Complex at Savage Arena. The University of Toledo
is not responsible for lost or stolen individual game tickets and will
not replace these tickets. Please keep your tickets in a secure area.
Tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time.
WILL CALL
All orders placed within 7 business days of event, tickets will be held
in WILL CALL. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will
pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all fans must
show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name,
the original customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.

PLAYER WILL CALL
For UT and Visitor Player will call locations please check each sport
tab for additional information. All guests receiving a ticket
from the Player Will Call list MUST PRESENT a valid picture I.D.
(Consideration is given to those 16 years and younger).
Accesible Seating
The University of Toledo is dedicated to assisting all people with
disabilities. All individuals requiring special accommodations are
encouraged to make arrangements in advance with the Ticket Office at

Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter the Glass Bowl
Stadium, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2
years or older need a ticket to enter the Glass Bowl Stadium
TICKET OFFICE PARKING
UT Ticket Office and Rocket Shop parking for fans is located on the
north side of Savage Arena (across from the Ottawa River) with
designated parking spaces.
