Cameron Timok joins the VMI coaching staff as an assistant for the 2019-2020 season. He was a two-time NCAA Division III All-American at Central College in Pella, Iowa. Timok earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science with a coaching endorsement certificate this May. The Richmond, Virginia native (Hermitage HS) finished sixth this winter at 125 pounds at the Division III National Championships to take home the second All-American accolade of his career.
He taught at Head Start Wrestling from 2013-15 and served as a volunteer student coach while at Central College in 2015-16 and as needed last season. Timok also offered private wrestling lessons from 2013-15.
