Parks enters her fourth season as an assistant coach for the Holy Cross women's basketball team in 2019-2020.
In 2018-2019, Parks helped to guide the Crusaders to their best record since the 2013-14 season (18-13) and a berth in the Patriot League semifinal.
Parks joined the Crusaders after spending the 2015-2016 season as the assistant coach at Rhode Island, where she helped lead the Rams to a spot in the Atlantic 10 Quarterfinals. Before her time at Rhode Island, Parks served as an assistant coach for the women’s basketball program at Hartwick College for three seasons. Parks coached the Empire 8 Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year during the 2013 season. She also helped lead the team to an ECAC Championship in 2013, the first in program history. In 2012, the Hawks went on a 12-game winning streak, which was the third-longest in school history.
A 2009 graduate of Adelphi, Parks played two seasons with the Panthers while seeing action in 52 games. After earning her bachelor’s degree in arts and sciences, Parks recently completed her master’s of sports management from Adelphi.
