Larry Greenlee
Position: Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning
Larry Greenlee is entering his 13th year as a full time Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Clemson. He served as a graduate assistant for two years under Director Joey Batson.

Greenlee currently serves as the Assistant Director of Strength, Speed and Conditioning where he supervises all assistant Coaches, graduate assistants, undergraduate assistants and volunteers under the direction of the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. Greenlee assists with the Tiger Football Strength, Speed and Conditioning program working with skill positions (quarterbacks, running backs, receivers and defensive backs). He also provides direct supervision to all aspects of the Tiger Olympic Sports programs.

As a nationally ranked track and field athlete, Greenlee began his career at North Carolina State University. After one year, he transferred to Clemson, accumulating four ACC Championship titles and two national runner-up titles.

Greenlee is a member of the NSCA, CSCCA, ISSA, NASE and the USAW. He is a certified Specialist in Sports Conditioning (SSC) with the International Sports Science Association. He is also certified by the USA Weightlifting Corporation, specializing in Olympic lifts. Greenlee recently added the Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCCC) organized by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and National Association of Speed and Explosion.

Greenlee and his wife, Shirley, have two children: D.J. (16) and Sydnee (8).
