A note on records -
Consistent records date back to 1987.  For entries prior to that, research is conducted in the Swem Library University Archives, back issues of the Flat Hat, of the Colonial Echo, and through the NCAA archives of submitted end-of-season reports.  W&M is committed to the continuing accuracy of its records - if you have evidence and documentation (box score, score book, newspaper clipping, etc.) of an omission or mistake, please contact Jacob Skipper in the sports information office, either by phone at 757-221-3344, or by email at jcskip@wm.edu.

The NCAA considers the beginning of its statistics to be 1957, a convention that has been carried on here as the start of the "modern" era of Tribe baseball.
