#3 Wayne Chrebet

Chrebet was a standout wide receiver at Hofstra from 1991-94. During his four seasons, he set school records for touchdowns in a game (five), season (16) and career (31), as well as the school's single-game receiving yardage mark (245 vs. Delaware).

Chrebet graduated second on Hofstra's all-time receptions and receiving yardage lists and went on to have an 11-year NFL career with the New York Jets. He is second in Jets history in receptions with 580 and third in receiving yards with 7,356. He recorded over 1,000 receiving yards in 1998 (1,083) and set an NFL record for most catches in his first two season (150), which was broken.
