Head Coach
- First season as Tigers' head coach in 2013
- Spent six years as the head coach at the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore (UMES), compiling a 145-44 (.767) record
- Led the Hawks to a back-to-back Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) championships in 2011 and 2012, appearing in the NCAA Tournament both of those years
- Three-time MEAC Coach of the Year who won six-straight MEAC Northern Divisional titles and led his Hawks to four undefeated conference seasons
