Fellow Lettermen,

The T-Club's Board of Directors are hard at work planning future events and finalizing works already in progress. A lot will be happening in the coming months and years.

The Lettermen's Club is proud to support and sponsor the Thornton Center Honor Roll, an award being given to all student-athletes who achieve a 3.0 or higher GPA. This will be part of the halftime festivities during the Tennessee-Alabama game October 23rd.

The T-Club will hold our annual fall weekend November 5th and 6th as the Vols host Notre Dame. On Friday November 5th, the Lettermen's Club will host a dinner at Club LeConte. Our special guest will be Hunter Flack (Track 1925), the oldest living University of Tennessee Letterman. At the dinner, we will honor all UT athletes who competed in the 2004 Olympic Games. Baseball, basketball and track will also hold alumni reunions that weekend. Be sure to check the web site in the near future for updated details. Additional information will be sent via mail.

Don't forget to stop by The Lettermen's Club Room , located in Thompson-Boling Arena, before all home football games. The room is available to all lettermen and their families and opens 3 2 hours before kickoff. The T-Club will be serving food, catered by The Tennessee Grill, before the Auburn and Alabama games.

I would like to thank Athletic Director Mike Hamilton and Tiffany Carpenter, Director of Public Relations, for their hard work in planning the Football Lettermen's Reunion September 5th. Over 500 former Tennessee football players returned to campus for a weekend of fellowship and fun.
