Eight Huskers Selected to Postseason Contests

Eight Husker football seniors are scheduled to participate in postseason all-star games over the next month, beginning with the Dahrran Diedrick's appearance in the East-West Shrine Game in San Francisco this Saturday, Jan. 11.

The Senior Bowl is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 18 in Mobile, Ala.. Nebraska will be represented in that game by rush end Chris Kelsay and cornerback/punt returner DeJuan Groce. Center John Garrison and linebacker Scott Shanle are scheduled to play in the Rotary Gridiron Classic on Jan. 25 in Orlando, while place-kicker Josh Brown, defensive tackle Jon Clanton and split end Wilson Thomas will represent the Huskers at the 2003 Hula Bowl in Maui on Feb. 1.

The East-West Shrine Game, Senior Bowl and Hula Bowl will all be televised on ESPN, with the Rotary Gridiron Classic on ESPN2. Listed below are game times for each of the contests.
