Indoor: Finished 10th with the distance medley relay team at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 11:44.88 and was 19th in the 600m (1:33.94)...ran PR's in the 600m (1:32.42) at the Nebraska Tune-Up, 800m (2:12.72o) at the Iowa State Classic and 1,000m (2:57.68) at the Graduate Classic...won the 600m crown at the Nebraska Tune-Up and distance medley relay title at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:40.03 and was 17th in the 800m in a time of 2:11.52...qualified as a part of the 4x400m relay for the NCAA West Preliminary Round and was 24th with a time of 3:45.02...set season-bests in the 800m (2:09.78) at the Bryan Clay Invitational and 1,500m (4:44.88) at the Husker Invitational...won the 800m title at both the Texas Tech Shootout and Nebraska Invitational and was part of the winning 4x400m relay at the Texas Tech Shootout..

Before Nebraska 
Attended Gefion Gymnasium in Copenhagen, Denmark...competed for club Bagsvaerd AC...set best times of 56.49 in the 400m, 2:04 in the 800m, 2:45 in the 1,000m and 4:23 in the 1,500m...set the Danish national record in the 1,000m (2:45.09)...was the Danish national champion in the outdoor 400m, 800m and indoor 800m...was the 2017 Nordic champion in the outdoor 800m...finished sixth in the 800m at the U20 European Championships in 2017 in Italy...was selected by the Danish Athletics Federation as the “Youth Talent of the Year”...competed in the 800m at the World U18 Championships (10th), the European U18 Championships (eighth) and the 2018 World U20 Championships.
