• A 360 Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2014-2015: Coxswain of the varsity eight for two fall regattas and six spring regattas...member of the varsity eight that placed first out of 17 boats at the Snake Regatta (10/11)…was a part of the second varsity eight that finished third out of 17 boats at the Murphy Cup (3/28)…raced with the varsity eight that defeated #19 Georgetown to win the Healy Cup (4/18)…member of the varsity eight that placed first ahead of Hobart, Williams and Bucknell (4/25)…member of the varsity eight that defeated No. 16 Syracuse at the Eastern Sprints (5/17)…member of the varsity eight that finished a program-best 17th at the IRA National Championship (5/31)…member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2013-2014: Coxswain of the second varsity eight that defeated Bucknell (April 27)…part of the third varsity eight that placed second in the third level final of the IRA National Championship (June 1), where it overcame Oregon State, Harvard, Hobart and Drexel…member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2012-2013: Coxswain of the second varsity eight boat that won in the third level final of the Eastern Sprints (May 19)…part of freshman eight boat that won a race against Marist (March 30).

Before Holy Cross: Three-year varsity coxswain for the rowing team at Junipero Serra High School for coach Adam Jones…won team’s 2012 Varsity Leadership Award…lightweight men’s four placed fifth at the Southwest Junior Regional Championship…member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Jacqueline Kearney…has two sisters (Reilly and Caroline)...majoring in Physics.
