Mirelva Colon is in her fourth season as assistant coach of the Marist women's tennis team.
Colon was a four-year starter on the Marist women's tennis team during her collegiate career. She was named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Team three times. Additonally, she was named First Team All-MAAC twice, at sixth singles in her sophomore year and third doubles as a rookie. After her junior year she was named Second Team All-MAAC at fifth singles and third doubles.
She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Marist in May 2009. In May of 2011, Colon received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Marist.
