Football Coaching Staff
Head Coach
Tom Gilmore
Tom Gilmore is in his 13th season as the head football coach at the College of the Holy Cross in 2016. Gilmore's teams have finished with a winning record in eight of his 12 seasons with the Crusaders, winning the Patriot League Championship in 2009. He also coached three-time Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year and three-time Walter Payton Award finalist Dominic Randolph, and owns a career record of 66-69 during his time at Holy Cross. Over the last 12 years, Holy Cross has placed 96 players on the All-Patriot League teams, good for an average of eight players per year. His teams have also been extremely successful in the classroom, receiving NCAA academic progress rate public recognition awards in six of the last nine seasons.   FULL BIO
 
Defensive Coordinator
Mike Kashurba
Mike Kashurba is in his third year on the Crusader coaching staff in 2016, serving as the defensive coordinator and secondary coach. In 2015, Kashurba led a Holy Cross defense which ranked second in the Patriot League in scoring defense, total defense and passing defense.   FULL BIO

Brian Rock
Brian Rock is in his second year on Tom Gilmore's coaching staff in 2016, serving as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. During the 2015 season, Rock's offense led the Patriot League with an average of 295.7 passing yards per game.    FULL BIO
Linebackers / Special Teams
Roderick Plummer
Roderick Plummer is in his third season on Tom Gilmore's coaching staff in 2016. He has served as the linebackers coach throughout his time at Holy Cross, and will be in his second year as the special teams coordinator. In 2015, the Crusaders led the Patriot League in punt returns and stood second in kickoff coverage.   FULL BIO
Offensive Line Coach
Bill Samko
Bill Samko is in his sixth season on Tom Gilmore's coaching staff in 2016, and his fourth year as the offensive line coach. During his time at Holy Cross, Samko has placed three players on the All-Patriot League teams: Sean Whited in 2012, Kyle Pedretty in 2013 and Jay Knighton in 2014.    FULL BIO
Wide Receivers Coach
Matt Fanning
Matt Fanning is in the sixth year of his second stint on Tom Gilmore's coaching staff in 2016. He serves as the team's recruiting coordinator and video coordinator, and will be coaching the wide receivers for the third straight season. Over the last two seasons, three of Fanning's receivers have earned All-Patriot League honors.   FULL BIO

Charlie Noonan
Charlie Noonan is in his second season on Tom Gilmore's coaching staff in 2016, serving as the defensive line coach. During the 2015 campaign, he coached first team All-Patriot League defensive end Dewayne Cameron. Noonan joined the Crusaders after spending the previous two seasons on the staff at Rutgers.    FULL BIO

Jon Guynes
Jon Guynes is in the second year of his second stint on Tom Gilmore's coaching staff in 2016, serving as the running backs coach. Prior to re-joining the Crusaders, he spent one season as the running backs coach at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.   FULL BIO

Alex Bresner
Alex Bresner is in his third year as a member of the Holy Cross football coaching staff in 2016, serving as the outside linebackers coach. Bresner joined the Crusaders after spending two years as the defensive line coach at Allegheny College.   FULL BIO

Steve Cully
Steve Cully is in his third year as the tight ends coach on Tom Gilmore's staff in 2016. He previously assisted the Holy Cross coaching staff during the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Cully served as the tight ends coach at Dartmouth in 2011.   FULL BIO
Assistant Secondary Coach
Parris Johnson
Parris Johnson is in his first year as a member of Tom Gilmore's coach staff at the College of the Holy Cross in 2016, serving as the team's assistant secondary coach. Johnson is a 2015 graduate of Holy Cross with a bachelor's degree in psychology and history.   FULL BIO
