TECH MEN DEFEND HOME COURT FOR 65-57 WIN OVER ASHLAND
HOUGHTON, Mich. — The Michigan Tech men's basketball team used tenacious defense to collect a 65-57 GLIAC victory over Ashland today on the SDC Gym hardwood. The Huskies limited the Eagles to 32 percent shooting from the field and one 3-pointer (on 13 attempts) to win their second straight game and improve to 6-15 overall and 5-11 in league play.

HUSKIES TOP DRAGONS 58-52 IN MEN'S BASKETBALL
HOUGHTON, Mich. — Michigan Tech overcame a five-point halftime deficit to defeat Tiffin 58-52 in GLIAC men's basketball tonight at the SDC Gym. The Huskies held the Dragons to 30 percent field goal shooting to improve their record to 5-13 overall and 4-11 in league play.

HUSKIES CLIPPED BY FERRIS 67-63 IN GLIAC MEN'S BASKETBALL
BIG RAPIDS, Mich. — For the third time in the last four games, the Michigan Tech men's basketball team lost by the smallest of margins. Today, the Huskies overcame an 11-point second-half deficit to close within two points before Ferris State pulled out a 67-63 victory. FSU improved to 12-7 overall and 10-4 in GLIAC play while Tech fell to 4-15 and 3-11 in the league.
