Saint Joseph's women's soccer freshman Asia Whittenberger is one of 10 Atlantic 10 Conference student-athletes that will join more than 500 athletic leaders and other student-athletes from across the country for the 2019 NCAA Inclusion Forum in Atlanta, Ga., from April 26 28, thanks to a new league initiative to fund the opportunity.

Saint Joseph's student-athletes achieved unparalleled success in the classroom during the Fall 2018 semester, attaining the highest overall grade-point averages in more than a decade. Individually, a total of 351 student-athletes were named to the SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll by achieving a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Saint Joseph's Faculty Athletic Representative (FAR), Dr. Stephen J. Porth, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Faculty Athletic Representatives Association (FARA) as announced Tuesday by the Atlantic 10 Conference. Porth begins a three-year term, effective immediately, as the Division I Subdivision representative to the Executive Committee.
