Saint Joseph's senior distance runner Jack Daly has been voted onto the Atlantic 10 Men's Indoor Track and Field Academic All-Conference Team, the league office announced on Wednesday afternoon. To be nominated, student-athletes must have a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for their entire academic career. The teams were selected through voting conducted by the league's Sports Information Directors.
Upon the conclusion of Saint Joseph's 2018-19 indoor track and field season, five Hawks have etched their names onto SJU's all-time Top-Ten Performers list and one junior standout has moved up in his event since last winter. Senior captain Rory Houston will leave his legacy in the open 800m while 200m sprinters in junior captain David Bryant and freshman Michael Welde and junior 1000m runners Zach Michon and John Walker have all earned spots in their respective open events. Additionally, after a phenomenal season, Michon has moved up on the mile list.

Freshman long sprinter Michael Szwed was named to the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field All-Rookie Team in the 500m, the league office announced on Thursday morning. The team is comprised of the top rookie performer in each event from meets conducted from the start of the regular season through the Atlantic 10 Championships.

The Hawks accumulated 63 points to place seventh in a field of 10 teams. Saint Joseph's earned two gold medals as the Distance Medley Relay claimed the title over La Salle and Michon won the mile. Walker (mile), Houston (800m), and the 4x800m relay earned silver medals while Michon (3000m) and the 4x400m relay took home the bronze.
