Junior attacker Francesca Donato scored a game-high seven goals and dished out a game-high four assists to match an SJU single-game, program-record 11 points and junior midfielder Rebecca Lane added five goals and four helpers of her own to lead the Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse squad to an 18-11 road win over Temple at Howarth Field on Wednesday afternoon. With their first road win of the season, the Hawks improve to 2-1 overall while the Owls fall to 2-2.

The Saint Joseph's University women's lacrosse program has added Hawk alumni Mallory Grey (Saint Joseph's '16) to its coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach, fourth-year head coach Alex Kahoe announced on Monday morning. Grey was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter on Hawk Hill from 2014-17 and will be focusing on the Hawks' defense and goalkeepers this season.
